Lara is the group's flagship legal-technology product. It was built to encode the contract-review discipline the founding team practised for clients, so that other teams — inside and outside the group — could apply the same discipline and analytical rigor at scale.

Kyson Info Solutions Private Limited, Chennai, is mandated with delivery of Lara in India. Kyson team supports Indian clients, and collaborates with IIT-M Research Park companies on product R&D.

Lara has been under continuous development on a multilingual, multi-jurisdictional and multi-tiered architecture providing unique features not available in other products. Currently available in English and Japanese and tested with contracts across more than 6 jurisdictions, user survey shows high marks for being intuitive to use.
